Stayed here only because friends and family lived near by and I didn't want to drive an hour each way to get here during my trip. once the customer service sucks it takes away from the experience i rate this place a 3 out of 5 and that’s because i’m being nice but i would not return. when i asked to speak to a supervisor or manager i got Noella who informed me that she was the supervisor and she was sitting next to the front desk clerk and heard her tell me we had to pay 75.00 for a one time use and didn’t find anything wrong with the way she spoke to me!!! This hotel is not kid friendly nor do they have good customer service skills. My dislikes were after passing valet there was no one to great us upon entering the hotel nor no one to help with our bags but to top it all off was that you have to pay to have a microwave in your room even the simplest of hotels have microwaves in the rooms, but to top it all off i called down stairs and asked was there one we could use for a one time use since we where traveling with children i was told i would have to pay 75.00 for the one time use by the front desk clerk when i tried explaining it was just to warm something up for less then five minutes for one time she got aggravated and her tone of voice was so disgusting to me. the casino had no slot machines just table games. My family and i visited the hotel spring break march 17th -21st the rooms are decent no complaints.
